 The children of Fairview experience
God's love and the love and spiritual nourishment of our congregation
from nursery to adulthood. They are taught Christian
responsibility and are brought the message of Jesus Christ as they grow
and reach the maturity to accept Christ's saving grace for themselves.
At Fairview, Sunday School begins at 10:00 am with a nursery for age two
and under, preschool for age two to five and Early elementary for
Kindergarten through second grade. Then a more focused program is
presented to the older children in grades three through five.
All children are welcomed into our 11:00 am worship service but
nursery care is provided for children up to age five who would prefer
it.
Other programs include a monthly "Bible Buddies" program of bible
lessons, mission projects and crafts. The Children's Choir adds
much to our worship services and the spirit of worship is enhanced as
our older children serve as acolytes to begin the service and to carry
the light of Christ into the world to end the service.
Our annual Bible School brings children from throughout our
neighborhood for an intense week of study, worship and crafts. |
